ARTISAN-WORLD respects your privacy. We will not sell or trade any of your information. We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express. If you sign up to be on our mailing list or place an order with us, periodically we will send you email announcements to let you know about special promotions or new products. If at any time you wish to be removed from our mailing list, just follow the instructions in the email, and your name and email address will be removed.
Security
All online transactions at ARTISAN-WORLD are processed using industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit-card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. Your online credit-card transactions with ARTISAN-WORLD are as safe as if you were purchasing with a credit card in a store or restaurant. If, however, you prefer to place your order over the telephone, you may call us toll-free at 1-877-722-6588, and we will be happy to handle your purchase personally.
Shipping
We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express.
We normally ship within 3 business days. Unless otherwise noted, shipping charges will be added to your order during the checkout process. We ship only to locations in the U.S. and Canada. We will select the carrier, either UPS or FedEx.
Occasionally we may be temporarily out of stock on certain items. If so, we will notify you by return email with an estimated shipping date. You may then choose to wait for the item you ordered, select another item, or cancel your order. For this reason, it is important to make certain you provide us with a valid email address. Otherwise, your order may be subject to cancellation.
If any piece you order is damaged in shipping, just notify us by email within 7 days at info@artisan-world.com and we will arrange to ship you a replacement. Please save packing materials in case inspection is required.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our most important goal. That's why you can return your purchase within 20 days for any reason and receive a replacement or refund. If you wish to return an item, please contact us for a return merchandise authorization. To do so, just notify us by email at info@artisan-world.com. We will assist you in selecting the best method for return. (Please save packing material for return shipping). Unless an item was shipped incorrectly or is defective, the customer pays for return shipping. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please note: No cash refunds issued. Merchandise may be returned for credit to original purchaser's credit card only. Please carefully wrap and pack return merchandise in original packaging or suitable packing to assure its safe return. Items broken in return cannot be refunded.

Care & Use
FUSED GLASS
Created under high temperatures this durable glassware is safe for dishwasher and microwave, as well as oven use for warming purposes. It is not meant for open flame/stovetop use.
COPPER
Copper Hand wash in mild soapy water and towel dry. Most pieces are coated with a clear, durable powder
coat. DO NOT use polish, solvents or abrasive cleaners on the powder coated pieces. Not oven, flame or dishwasher proof.
THERMOPOLYMER
Piacenza Thermopolymer Durable and dishwasher safe. Do not use in oven or microwave.
MEXICAN GLASS
Orion Mexican glassware is individually mouth blown, hand formed, and made from recycled glass. Trapped bubbles and slight variations in form and capacity are a natural and charming feature of this glassware. Although it is quite durable, this glass is not tempered so some extra care is necessary:
• A cooling-off period is essential after the glassware is removed from the dishwasher. Extreme temperature changes may cause thermal shock and cracking.
• This glassware is not suitable for serving hot beverages.
HAMMERED STAINLESS STEEL
Dishwasher safe, though to maintain luster hand washing and towel drying is
recommended. Due to the nature of handcraftsmanship individual size and weight may vary slightly.
STAINLESS STEEL
Made of stainless steel this product is dishwasher safe. Blue hues in the Burnished Finish will diminish with dishwasher cleaning.
STONEWARE
Orion Mexican high-fired stoneware is completely food safe and contains no harmful elements. Hand formed and painted it may have slight variations consistent with fine handcraft. Dishwasher, microwave and low oven temperature safe.
TABLE LIGHTING
As with all candleholders, do not leave lit candles unattended.
